Melting Virgo at The Hill Center: Policies

Lessons with Melting Virgo at The Hill Center will be booked on a monthly basis. Each 30 min lesson costs $50. Lesson holds cost $25 each during high-travel months of the year.

• The following days will be considered holidays, where no lesson fee or hold will be charged:

  • • The Wednesday before Thanksgiving

    • The week between Christmas and New Year’s

    • Federal  holidays as listed by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management

• During school months of September-November, plus January-May, all non-holiday lessons will be booked, except for one "hold" per student for spring break.

• During the summer months June, July, and August, and for the winter holidays in December, you may place “holds” on an as needed basis.

• If I am absent for personal travel, students and parents will be notified at least one month in advance and no lesson or hold fee will be charged.

Absence policy: Due to my only being in the neighborhood one day per week, make-ups for missed lessons cannot be guaranteed.

All students will be invited to a showcase and party in the spring!

For payment, I prefer check made out to “Melting Virgo” or cash, though I can also accept Venmo or CashApp with a 5% fee.
