Tax the Rich

Project 2025 is about to raise taxes on low and moderate income people - AKA you and me. We will need a general strike in order to stop this. We must build community, gardens, and mutual aid networks in order to combat this onslaught of bad policy and vote in people who will tax the rich & close loopholes. 

The change in thinking I hope to convey is one I learned from the Deficit Myth. The federal government prints money - it does not need our tax dollars in order to function. The purpose of taxes is the prevention of inflation, not the funding of services. As long as there is enough supply of goods and services, the government could print the money needed in order to provide those services.

It's just that the government only prints unlimited money for violence. We can change that with the right people in office.
